Leaves & Flexibility
Up to 35 paid leaves annually (including public holidays). 20 Work-From-Home days per year. Long Tenure Leave: 20 days after every 5 years of service, which however cannot be encashed. Maternity Leave: 26 weeks as per law, with additional unpaid leave subject to approval; 6 weeks for miscarriage/medical termination.
